ORGANICALLY SPEAKING, LLC

Coaching Payment, Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
  • Payment Policy: All coaching sessions must be paid for in advance. Clients must complete the required online assessment and receive approval before making payment.

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' advance notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be considered used sessions and are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds, except where required by applicable law.

  • Monthly Coaching Package: The $250 package includes four 60-minute Zoom coaching sessions. All four sessions should be completed within 30 calendar days of the first coaching session. Unused sessions do not automatically carry forward.

Organically Speaking, LLC may approve a one-time extension of up to 14 additional calendar days when a client provides advance notice and circumstances reasonably justify an extension. Extensions must be approved and confirmed in writing.

  • Refund Policy: All coaching payments are generally final and non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law or where Organically Speaking, LLC fails to provide the purchased services.

  • Installment Payments: Clients selecting an installment plan agree to the payment schedule presented and accepted at checkout. Canceling or rescheduling an appointment does not automatically cancel an agreed installment payment obligation. Applicable legal rights remain in effect.

  • Cancellations by Organically Speaking, LLC: If Organically Speaking, LLC cancels an appointment, the client will be offered a replacement appointment at no additional charge. The package period will be extended if necessary. If purchased services cannot be provided, an appropriate refund for the undelivered services will be issued.

  • Client Acknowledgment: By submitting payment, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.
